For those that read Scootering magazine you will hopefully have noticed that Scooter Essentials have now relocated to new premises. Staying in Leek the shop will still offer all the same services as before but day to day operations have changed slightly including the Opening Hours. The shop will now be placing a stronger emphasis on the online store & mail order together with almost 24hr parts availabilty.

We understand that most scooterists and their families work 9-5 so out of hours shopping is the only way to gather all the parts & accessories you need to keep your scooter on the road. Therefore, here at Scooter Essentials we are opening our doors for at least 2 evenings a week, currently Monday & Wednesday 5-8pm, for you to purchase the parts you need. Combine this with an online store with most items delivered next day*, our aim is to ensure that we continue to offer our customers the very best help & service we can provide.
During the day we advice all our customers to call before they travel to ensure that we have the parts you require in stock before you begin your journey.

200cc Small Block Conversion:£249
New from Scooter Essentials is the GSE 200 Small Block conversion Kit. The brief was to develop a 200cc cylinder kit that bolts straight onto a 125/150 block, with no modifications or alterations to the casings. It should be noted that the barrel and head are genuine 200 and not a bored out 150/180 barrel. Running with a 22mm Jetex accompanied with a clubman exhaust, early testing on an Li125 Series 3 engine has shown some impressive results. The kit consists of a Stage Four Tuned Barrel & Piston (inc Head & Gaskets) and has been designed to improve the choice & performance for the small block engines without compromise to reliability.
